If your tool or item is not working correctly, you must report the issue to the Rockwood Common Tool Library.
You can report an issue in the following ways:
- Telling a Volunteer Librarian at check-in
- Send an email to librarian@rockwoodcommon.org
- "Report an Issue" on your loan item via your online account
Please provide a short description of the known issue or what error you are experiencing. If you were operating the tool / item when it stopped working, tell us briefly what happened.
Self Reporting Item Issues Online Account:
- Login > Select "My Account" > Select "Loans"
- Select the loan which includes the item you want to report an issue on.
- Select > "Report an issue with this item".
- Fill out the form with details. You may upload photos.
Self Reporting Item Issues From Your Email:
- Open your loan email
- Select > "Report an issue with this item".
- Fill out the form with details. You may upload photos.
