Welcome to the Rockwood Tool Library!
Please take the time to read our "Terms & Service Agreement" which outlines the Borrowing Rules and Disclaimer as well at the Liability Waiver.
If you are registering online, you will need to bring the following items to complete registration in-person:
- proof of identity (Driver's License, State ID, Passport, or other photo ID)
- proof of address (utility bill, official mail, or property documents)
Who Can Join?
The Rockwood Tool Library is open to all residents of East Multnomah County (east of 148th Ave.) While we will not deny borrowing privileges to anyone in need based on residence location, we do encourage "nearest neighbor" borrowing.
